Description
Student desk from the Mount Joy Elementary School that burned down in the early 1950s. This was my brother, Kenneth's desk, from first grade. He passed away in 1948 and his teacher, Miss Edna Charles, gave the desk to my parents, Lester and Helen Hostetter in memory of Kenny.
